It was major news when the Barnes Foundation Museum made the decision to move to Philadelphia and it took a legal battle to get the project off the ground but when you consider that this site was originally a prison it will massively improve the Ben Franklin Parkway, in Philadelphia. Stay tuned I'll be adding more recent aerials of this site as the project nears completion!
