Artist's Description

Aerial photograph of Chestnut Hill Home & Garden Festival, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, by Duncan Pearson. The Chestnut Hill Business Association commissioned this shoot to document the size of the crowd attending the festival, they estimate that over 50,000 people attended. Orientation; Germantown Avenue runs through the center of the frame, the Chestnut Hill Newsstand is to the bottom left and the former Borders Bookstore is to the top right.
