This urban landscape aerial is looking across West Philadelphia and University City toward the Center City Philadelphia Skyline. 30th Street Station and the Cira Centre Office Tower are at the center of the photograph. The aerial is from a photo flight completed in the Fall of 2010.

My assignment for this photo mission was to capture aerial photos looking across the University of Pennsylvania and Drexel University campuses, in West Philadelphia, toward Center City Philadelphia. We chose to complete the shoot in the late afternoon when the sunlight would be illuminating the western facades of the cities taller buildings.
